JPS Composite Materials in Anderson, SC is seeking a 3rd Shift Senior Operator-Finishing Range to support prep, weave, finishing, and related processes. You will monitor equipment, perform maintenance checks, and assist with scheduling and safety initiatives, acting as a go-to technician for the department.

The role requires ability to lift, stand, and work independently, with forklift test qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Read, understand and follow written instructions.
• Basic writing and arithmetic skills.
• Strong computer and calculator use.
• Good vision and ability to lift moderate to heavy loads.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; work independently.
• Must pass forklift written test and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and assist in prep, weave, finishing areas.

• Serve as subject matter expert and escalate improvements.
• Engage new hires and participate in training coordination.
• Assist in daily scheduling and reporting as needed.
• Participate in safety initiatives and root-cause actions.
