Job summary

Entegris is hiring an Operations Technical Trainer V to develop and deliver comprehensive manufacturing, technical, quality, and safety training at our Burnet, TX site. The role ensures operators and technicians are qualified and capable, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and CI teams to improve workforce capability and operational excellence.

The trainer will run New Hire Orientation, lead OJT, track competency, and maintain training records while supporting process

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related training experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to facilitate training sessions and coach operators and technicians.
• Experience with competency assessments, skill validation, and certification programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve manufacturing, technical, quality, and safety training programs.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and foundational manufacturing training for production readiness.
• Lead On-the-Job Training programs with coaching to ensure safe, compliant execution.
• Monitor competency and implement retraining or coaching as needed.
• Maintain training materials, SOPs, and records; ensure audit readiness.
