Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Lead Operator for the Burnet site to drive safe, efficient production on the Fill Hallway. The role emphasizes hands-on task execution, coaching of the manufacturing team, and adherence to Entegris PACE values. The Lead reports to the CVD Production Supervisor and fills in during absences.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with responsibilities spanning collaboration with the Supervisor, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree a plus.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience; distillation experience a plus.
• Previous chemical handling experience with PPE.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and oversee staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Supervisor on goals, production and personnel updates.
• Lead daily Lean Initiatives and ensure safe operations.
• Troubleshoot process equipment and resolve non-routine issues.
• Work with Engineering to run experiments, troubleshoot systems, and maintain PMs.
• Ensure production schedules meet quality and delivery goals.
• Mentor and oversee Operators on shift.
