Job summary

Entegris in Burnet, TX is seeking a Supervisor, Production (Nights) to lead a high‑tech manufacturing team in a safety‑driven environment. You will ensure safe operations, product quality, and on‑time delivery while developing people and improving processes.

This role oversees technicians, manages production schedules, and drives continuous improvement through 6S and ISO/audits, with a 3‑2‑2‑3 night rotation (6pm‑6am) after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership in fast-paced settings.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45000.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 70 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Flexible to changing priorities; multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and training to technicians.
• Manage production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols, PPE, and housekeeping standards.
• Lead 6S activities and collaborate with engineering to update standards.
• Support internal, customer, and ISO audits with Quality and Management.
• Troubleshoot non-routine issues and ensure tools/equipment are available.
• Maintain documentation and ensure ISO compliance.
