You will rotate through plasma centers, build leadership skills, and prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role with relocation to multiple locations across the country.

The program spans six months of accelerated training and a subsequent 12-month path to management, with mentorship and hands-on learning in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate and travel up to 95% during training.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license for the entire program duration.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six-month expedited training followed by 12 months to move into a Plasma Center Manager role.
• Team Management: cultivate a positive environment, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, recruit and retain staff.
• Career Advancement: progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager and potentially open new centers.
• Supportive Teamwork: operate in a fast-paced environment, provide operational support and communicate with senior management.
