Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an accelerated leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers. The role includes extensive travel (up to 95%) during training, relocation after graduation, and mentorship from senior leaders to prepare you for a Plasma Center Operations Manager position.

You will learn through a six-month expedited training, followed by a 12-month window to qualify for a Plasma Center Manager

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate upon program completion and travel 90–100% during training.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across plasma centers during the trainee program.
• Accelerate learning toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.
• Coordinate with leadership to open and operate new centers.
