Job summary

Core4ce is seeking an Operations Liaison & User Needs/Requirements Collector to connect PEOs, mission partners, and stakeholders. You will identify user needs, document requirements, and track initiatives from intake to delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.

The role requires strong communication across technical and operational teams, experience supporting technology adoption, and the ability to translate operational needs into actionable technical

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, documenting, analyzing, and managing user needs and technical requirements.
• Active TS-SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Experience supporting technology development, transition, T&E, IV&V, or operational adoption.
• Experience developing technical reports, status updates, performance metrics, briefings, or other decision-support materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison among PEOs, mission partners, operational users, and stakeholders to facilitate coordination and maintain awareness of portfolios and programs.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify, collect, document, validate, and prioritize user needs and technical requirements.
• Monitor initiatives from intake through delivery, tracking milestones and dependencies and identifying risks early.
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and coordination.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, working groups, and briefings between offices, PEOs, and leadership.
• Assess feasibility of requests, identify challenges, and provide decision-quality information to leadership.
• Maintain accurate program and requirements data and prepare inputs for decision forums.
• Collect and analyze performance metrics to support program reporting and leadership decisions.
• Support the transition of R&D prototypes to operational environments.
• Support or contribute to T&E, IV&V, and technology assessment activities.
