Core4ce is seeking an Operations Liaison & User Needs/Requirements Collector in St. Louis, MO to coordinate among PEOs, partners, and stakeholders, capturing and validating user needs and requirements.

You will track initiatives, manage milestones, and help transition emerging technologies into operation. The role requires experience across technical and operational teams, strong communication, and the ability to support testing, evaluation, and transition activities within NGA-related

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, documenting, analyzing, and managing user needs and technical requirements.
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Experience supporting technology development, transition, T&E, IV&V, or operational adoption.
• Experience developing technical reports, status updates, or performance metrics.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison among PEOs, mission partners, and stakeholders to facilitate coordination and program awareness.
• Identify, collect, document, validate, and prioritize user needs and technical requirements.
• Monitor initiatives from intake through delivery and track milestones and dependencies.
• Cultivate relationships through proactive communication and effective coordination.
• Facilitate meetings and briefings between offices, PEOs, and leadership.
• Assess feasibility of requests and provide decision-quality information to leadership.
• Maintain accurate program and requirements tracking data for reviews.
