Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking a Sr. Operations Analyst in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA to own the Quality Control framework for back-office operations.

The role delivers actionable insights via advanced data analysis and reporting, bridging Operations and Technology without owning build or development. Responsibilities include developing QC dashboards, SLA performance, and trend reporting, while partnering with Pricing/Actuarial to reflect core business economics and ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years in operations quality control/business analysis/data analytics, preferably in financial services or insurance.
Experience with PowerBI, Qlik or Tableau for visualization.

Responsibilities

Own QC program reporting, including call, transactional, and process QC across delivery channels.
Develop platform-specific and integrated views: QC dashboards, SLA, error trend reporting.
Translate QC needs into reporting requirements and collaborate with Tech for execution.
