Continuum Solutions is seeking an experienced Manager, Project Management to lead the PM department and enhance customer order management, status reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, planning, and production. You will drive accountability without formal authority, coaching a team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, clear communication, and strong project governance within a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of project management or related experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory or lead/manager experience.
• Experience operating in a matrix or influence-based environment.
• Manufacturing experience with electrical equipment preferred.
• Experience managing commitments, schedules, changes, and approvals.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management department and establish KPIs, standards, and accountability.
• Coach and develop Project Managers, Coordinators, and support staff.
• Ensure active projects have current status, risk owner, and next actions.
• Maintain clear customer communication about status, changes, and ship commitments.
• Partner across functions to resolve customer-impacting issues while maintaining ownership.
• Shape communication quality and credibility across complex projects.
