Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting operational or project-related initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Brokerage or Investment Management Business or Support Experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing and facilitating meetings including virtual and hybrid forums.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Testing team in gaining an understanding of changes being executed
• Leads the resolution of defects, providing necessary documentation
• Coordinates with the business to execute on defined project tasks
• Analyzes current state processes, operations, procedures, and workflows
