You will guide cross-functional teams, optimize processes, oversee budgets, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement to deliver measurable results while upholding Walmart policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project work streams, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation of initiatives.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations aligned with business objectives and operational goals.
