Walmart is seeking a Manager, Operations to lead multiple work streams within the operations organization in Hoboken, NJ. The role designs and executes project plans, manages timelines, and drives efficiency through data analysis and process improvements.

You will oversee resource allocation, ensure policy compliance, and foster stakeholder relationships to deliver measurable results aligned with strategic goals and enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain shared team infrastructure, including distribution lists, calendars, directories, repositories, access, and recurring resources.
• Coordinate team-wide administrative workflows, including onboarding and offboarding, group travel, expenses, and other operational needs.
• Manage logistics for team meetings, international market visits, offsites, workshops, and other multi-stakeholder events.
• Coordinate operational requests across market teams and cross-functional partners and track dependencies through execution.
• Build playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes to simplify, automate, and standardize recurring operational work.
