Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Operations Consultant to lead investigations of complex operational issues across support functions. You will apply root cause analysis, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement methods to identify drivers, recommend sustainable solutions, and influence organizational change.

This hybrid role focuses on improving advisor and staff satisfaction, reducing escalations, and speeding processing times.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant Financial Services industry experience, including customer service and operations.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis and process improvement practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with collaborative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional investigations of complex, high-risk escalations and perform root cause analyses to reduce issues and improve advisor and staff experiences.
• Develop and maintain case and RCA documentation ensuring timely resolution and visibility into corrective actions for leadership.
• Analyze RCA data to identify trends and risks, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Facilitate collaboration among advisors, staff, and business partners to align resolution strategies and drive accountability for action plans.
• Support staff engagement initiatives and convert feedback into measurable improvement opportunities.
• Present data-driven business cases to gain stakeholder support for process and training improvements.
