Job summary

The Senior Technology Support Consultant at Osaic will partner with Premier Trust to support, evolve, and secure the firm's technology environment. You will lead technology initiatives, manage escalations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve operations, security, and user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting business-critical technology environments.
• Experience managing technology projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with third-party technology vendors and managed service providers.
• Experience supporting regulated financial services organizations preferred.
• Experience with trust accounting platforms, CRM systems, workflow automation, and Microsoft technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex system, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Partner with business leaders to implement technology solutions.
• Maintain network infrastructure including firewalls and Windows Server environments.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and documentation.
• Monitor cybersecurity posture and respond to threats.
• Coordinate system upgrades and deployment activities.
• Drive process improvements by identifying automation opportunities.
