Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Operations to lead large cross‑functional initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic projects across global operations, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and alignment with DBS standards.

You will build robust project plans, manage dependencies and risks, and partner with multiple teams to drive continuous improvement and scalable solutions in a fast‑paced biotech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, operations, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Project management, DBS certification (visual project management, problem solving, daily management, etc.).
• Minimum of five years’ project management experience.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; demonstrated expertise in leading process improvement, operational change, and manufacturing initiatives.

• Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions, driving process improvements and scalable business solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and resource needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for effective execution and issue resolution.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating through governance channels.
• Provide clear, timely project status reports with milestones and delivery health.
• Ensure projects follow defined delivery methodologies, standards, and governance processes.
