Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Health & Safety Program Manager to lead safety programs across multiple sites in the US and internationally. The role reports to the Director of EHS and is an on-site position at one of our IDT locations.

You will develop standards, automate approvals, and maintain critical safety programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while driving continuous improvement and reducing risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of health and safety program management experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety frameworks.
• Strong analytical, project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (including overnight stays).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage health and safety programs across US and international sites.
• Lead Injury/Illness Reporting, Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, LOTO, and Chemical Handling.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
• Identify and communicate safety risks; drive continuous improvement with targets and data.
• Assess safety performance across sites and coordinate audits.
