Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), part of Danaher, is recruiting for an on-site manufacturing role in Coralville, Iowa. You will perform oligonucleotide synthesis steps, quality control, and batch documentation while maintaining strict cGMP compliance and safety standards.

The position requires flexibility to work Monday through Thursday from 10am to 9pm, collaborating with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment and supporting production as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in relevant field OR high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in relevant scientific manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work Monday - Thursday - 10am - 9pm, with schedule adaptability to accommodate occasional after-hours production support.
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; Previous experience in oligo manufacturing processes and products.

Responsibilities

• Comply with cGMP requirements as prescribed by FDA Quality System Regulation and manufacturing processes for oligonucleotides.
• Perform synthesis, cleavage, deprotection, purification, desalting, pooling, and formulation of oligos using various techniques; operate lab equipment and assist in quality control.
• Accurately follow and record information in Manual Batch Records, perform SAP transactions, and organize workflow in the absence of management.
