Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is hiring a Product Lifecycle Management professional in a fully remote role. You will help drive strategic partnerships, coordinate cross-functional programs with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Regulatory teams, and manage launches from planning to execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in product/PM or related fields, with strong analytical and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Operations, Consulting, or similar.
• Experience applying methods to analyze information and develop findings.
• Experience supporting strategic partnerships with cross-functional global teams.
• Product launch planning, commercialization, or launch-readiness in life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or related industry.
• Proficient use of project management tools and methodologies to coordinate programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support strategic partnership initiatives and cross-functional programs to advance business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product Management, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Digital Product, IT, and external orgs to drive execution.
• Lead coordination, documentation, and tracking of requirements, plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions for programs.
• Support product/partnership launches by driving launch readiness activities, communications, training coordination, and transition planning.
• Analyze customer, partner, and operational insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and program scalability.
