Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced Operations Planner to drive strategic and tactical plans across the organization. You will analyze data, coordinate resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution aligned with corporate goals.

Responsibilities include forecasting, scheduling, and coordinating with production, logistics, procurement, and sales to maintain optimal inventory and processes. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations planning, project management or related roles.
• Experience with advanced planning systems (ERP, APS) and Excel or similar tools.
• Proven track record in managing complex operational plans and large-scale projects like subcontracting or NPI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term operational plans aligned with objectives.
• Create forecasts and schedules using historical data, trends, and needs.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, procurement, sales, and business units for smooth operations.
• Lead meetings to review progress and drive continuous improvement.
