Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations planning, project management, or related roles.
• Experience with advanced planning systems (ERP/APS) and Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term operational plans that support organizational objectives.
• Create forecasts and schedules based on historical data and needs; optimize inventory and supply chain coordination.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies in the planning process.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, procurement, and sales for smooth operations and clear communications.
• Provide regular KPI updates and root-cause analyses to senior management.
• Foster continuous improvement within the operations team and cross-departmentally.
