Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of production planning and material planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, scheduling, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Analytical mindset with ability to optimize plans.
• Experience managing multiple product lines and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain monthly production schedules across multiple product lines.
• Partner with Operations and Shop Floor Control to optimize detailed production plans.
• Adjust schedules to align with manufacturing constraints and forecasts.
• Coordinate with global regions to gather forecasts and customer requirements for the master schedule.
• Manage raw material planning and place purchase orders to support production needs.
• Analyze distribution center requirements and address shortages or excess inventory.
• Monitor schedules and communicate delays to stakeholders.
• Maintain MRP data and material master for accurate planning.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning activities.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely delivery and manage costs.
• Track disposition of discrepant materials and support import/export activities.
