Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Operations Management professional to support OM division activities across multiple directorates. This role focuses on governance, training, and program management for defense programs, with responsibilities spanning records management, MIS/IT oversight, and travel administration.

The position requires a secret clearance, DoD experience, and strong collaboration with government and contractor teams to optimize resources and ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required.
• Master's or Doctorate in a related field with 10 years DoD experience, or Bachelor's with 12 years, or 15 years with proper certifications.
• Must handle all official records per AFI 33-322 and maintain Privacy Act information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recognition programs across Fighters & Advanced Aircraft, Bombers, and F-35; manage nominations and relationships.
• Train staff on submission and tracking of staff packages in SharePoint and SOCCER; track OM suspenses and MIS/IT tasks.
• Support special projects by identifying needs, milestones, evaluating reports, and preparing detailed responses.
• Perform admin tasks for OM functions: data entry, reporting, file management, and handling classified material as required.
• Assist in managing training programs and budget information; track requirements in ETMS and related databases.
• Administer the Defense Travel System (DTS); liaison with travel offices and support CONUS/OCONUS travel.
• Maintain DTS profiles; provide Tier I Help Desk support for traveler questions.
• Generate weekly DTS and banking reports; provide manpower insight to leadership.
• Serve as manpower contact; develop CME project plans and coordinate requirements.
• Develop manpower determinants using modeling tools; propose process improvements.
• Prepare CME products and ensure acquisition documentation and charts are maintained.
