Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
• Develop and implement workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safety-first culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain open communication channels among leadership and staff to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Partner with HR and site leadership in the hiring process for Supervisors, supporting talent acquisition aligned with organizational values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Engage with customers proactively to address concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
