Job summary

TruPath Recruiting seeks an Operations Manager for our Benicia, CA facility. You will oversee daily manufacturing operations, coordinate with sales teams, and drive on-time delivery and accurate shipping.

The role requires 5+ years in plant or production management, experience with chemicals and coatings, and strong MRP/ERP skills. Relocation assistance is available and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in plant or production management.
• Experience in process engineering, coatings, chemicals, or related manufacturing.
• Experience with chemicals, liquid processing, and filling equipment preferred.
• Extensive production planning and scheduling experience.
• MRP experience in SYSPRO or equivalent ERP/MRP system.
• Extensive inventory and warehouse management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the manufacturing facility to meet customer and company expectations.
• Ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with Sales and Inside Sales to enter and manage customer orders.
• Establish and communicate appropriate ship dates; ensure accurate invoicing and shipping.
• Maintain inventory allocation and proper stock levels.
