The Richmond Group USA is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager for a leading manufacturing client in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will lead operations, develop teams, and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and output.

This role blends Operations Leadership, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain Optimization, with a focus on bottom-line growth, metrics, and sustainable change across the NA footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years working with a complex Manufacturing Organization.
• Deep Operations, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain Optimization experience.

Responsibilities
