Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee a manufacturing facility. The role covers maintenance, quality control, manufacturing engineering, supply and logistics, distribution, and administration to meet safety, quality and cost targets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement using Lean and Kaizen, manage budgets, and ensure on-time production of company products while maintaining OSHA compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience leading a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with lean tools and knowledge of the Toyota Production System.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervises plant operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Reviews production reports to ensure correct products meet demand.
• Leads sourcing, hiring, and development of staff.
• Promotes continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Ensures OSHA-compliant workplace and manages costs.
• Oversees budget, cost control, and maintenance of equipment.
• Manages relationships with cross-functional teams.
