Qualifications

• 10 years in limited energy/electrical construction.
• 5+ years in project management.
• 2+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Managers and guide execution of Director's plans.
• Coach PMs with hands-on project management and technical knowledge.
• Mentor APMs to PMs and PMs to senior roles.
• Drive best practices and process improvements at project level.
• Monitor project margins, budget adherence, and team utilization.
