Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; minimum 7 years in manufacturing supervisory roles.

• Knowledge of Lean principles, Six-Sigma and manufacturing best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental and facility operating budgets, expenses and systems to meet targets.
• Lead safety/environmental, quality, and equipment upgrade initiatives.
• Develop procedures to meet customer needs and on-time delivery targets.
• Oversee hiring, training, transfers and HR policies for hourly staff.
• Lead safety training, investigations and preventative practices.
• Provide staff training for leadership, function, and career development.
• Ensure 100% compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
