Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for safety and operation of warehouse activities, inventory, and machinery maintenance.
• Coordinate production operations including raw material receiving, warehousing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales to achieve efficient production levels.
• Train, develop and coach production employees.
• Apply Lean principles for continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely internal/external communication across departments.
