Job summary

• Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost control.
• Oversee manufacturing operations to meet schedules safely and within quality standards.
• Direct warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Provide overall financial leadership and reporting for U.S. operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports across Operations and Finance.
• Support customer service and sales teams to deliver excellent experiences.
• Foster collaboration across departments and manage risk and compliance.
