Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a vision for Operations and Supply Chain that delivers sustainable growth, margin expansion, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Division and Business Unit leadership to develop and execute the division-wide Operational and Supply Chain Excellence strategy aligned with business goals and AMETEK operating principles.
• Lead deployment of AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation opportunities that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, workflow automation, and business performance.
• Lead operational due diligence, develop and execute integration plans that deliver operational synergies, improve scalability, and accelerate value creation.
• Build and execute sourcing and low-cost region strategies that support long-term growth and competitiveness.
