Amentum: Senior Operations Manager in Washington, DC to lead the ICITAP program's Firm Fixed Price portfolio. Role includes cradle-to-grave management, from capture and proposal development through execution and closeout, with a small, skilled team.

The position demands a Bachelor's degree and 10–12 years of project management experience, with PMP recommended. Candidates must pass a security clearance and thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous setting with travel to austere sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or demonstrated equivalent with 10–12 years of relative experience.
• PMP certification is recommended.
• Excellent oral and written communication, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple FFP and CR task orders ensuring on-time and within-budget performance.
• Provide project leadership to Amentum personnel and subcontractor staff.
• Develop alternatives to mitigate problems and exploit opportunities.
• Establish, track, and report status against KPIs and contractual metrics.
