Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, transferring, promoting, and, when necessary, disciplining or terminating.
• Strategically, manage budgets and financial performance by controlling costs, aligning resources with the financial plan, optimizing cost control and driving achievement of financial targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure open communication and alignment on business objectives.
• Leverage feedback to proactively identify opportunities and lead strategic planning and change management initiatives to improve team performance and address evolving business needs.
• Create and implement effective incentive plans that align with strategic business goals and drive high- impact performance.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Salary: $114,048- $142,560 plus target bonus
