Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead engineering operations to meet business KPIs, acting as the single point of contact for critical initiatives.
• Contribute actively to business operations, not just coordinate actions.
• Manage resource and workload planning, project delivery metrics, and develop corrective actions as needed.
• Implement reporting processes for engineering activities and collaborate with project control teams on capacity and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including certificates and licenses.
• Oversee technical risk management, design reviews, and safety considerations.
• Lead initiatives in talent management, quality, and process compliance.
• Work with sourcing and suppliers to monitor performance and improve work packages.
• Support root cause analysis and database management for compliance and project requirements.
• Drive process rigor and change management as a transformation agent.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in High Voltage Substations
• At least 5 years of leadership managing projects and initiatives
• Willingness to travel 25%, including internationally
