Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to lead and develop a team across plasma centers in the United States. The program runs ~6 months of fast-track training, with 12 months to qualify as Plasma Center Manager, involving travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across BioLife plasma centers; provide mentorship and performance feedback.
• Complete expedited training for about six months, then work toward Plasma Center Manager within 12 months.
• Coordinate staff planning, recruiting, and employee development to retain talent.
• Support operations and exceptional donor experiences while ensuring compliance and safety.
