Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers nationwide. The program includes extensive travel and hands‑on experience managing high‑volume facilities.

During the six‑month expedited training, you will gradually assume broader responsibilities and work toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role, with mentorship and planned relocation after completion.

Qualifications

• Relocation required after trainee program.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to travel and work at BioLife locations nationwide.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Driver's license for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six‑month expedited training with mentorship.
• Team Management: lead and develop a diverse team, conduct performance reviews.
• Career Advancement: progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager with networking.
• Supportive Teamwork: operate in a fast‑paced environment and provide operational support.
• Exceptional Customer Service: retain donors and assist with production.
• Travel Opportunities: learn across centers nationwide and return home every other weekend.
