BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join its leadership program. You will rotate through Plasma Centers nationwide, travel up to 95% of the time, and relocate after completion to a BioLife location.

The role emphasizes continuous learning, hands-on operations, and rapid progression toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager position within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation from the Trainee Program.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations nationwide.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the six‑month expedited training program and provide mentorship during the learn‑and‑grow phase.
• Manage a diverse team; deliver performance reviews and staff development.
• Support career progression toward Plasma Center Operations Manager by networking and learning.
• Provide operational support and maintain a fast‑paced, donor‑centric environment.
