Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a nationwide leadership program. You will rotate through plasma centers, gaining hands-on management experience and mentorship while preparing for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program emphasizes leadership, team development, and cross-site collaboration, with extensive travel and relocation opportunities across BioLife locations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk or stand for the entire shift; extended travel and relocation.
• Willingness to travel to BioLife locations nationwide; evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.
• Able to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach; lift up to 5 lbs and occasional heavier loads up to 32–50 lbs.
• Glove use due to potential bloodborne pathogen exposure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program with cross-country assignments.
• Develop team and conduct performance reviews; recruit and retain staff.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager; relocate to BioLife location.
