BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an accelerated leadership program, traveling to plasma centers nationwide. After completing training, you’ll relocate to a BioLife location as a Plasma Center Operations Manager.

You will develop leadership, operational, and regulatory expertise while advancing within a fast-paced, donor‑center environment. The role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience, willingness to relocate, and the ability to travel up

Formación

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program and selection of location.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. (rarely 50 lbs).
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and distance hearing of equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Continuous learning and development through an expedited six‑month training program.
• Mentor and manage a diverse team, provide feedback, assess performance, and support staff planning.
• Work toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role and future openings in BioLife centers.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver exceptional donor service while supporting production as needed.
• Travel to BioLife centers across the country and return home every other weekend.
