Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a fast-paced leadership program. You’ll rotate through plasma centers nationwide, participate in an accelerated training track, and travel up to 95% while you build cross-functional skills and prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

This role requires 3–5 years of managing large teams, willingness to relocate after the program, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Ability to relocate upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• Willingness to travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.
• Must be able to walk/stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs rarely.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an extensive six-month expedited training program.
• Develop leadership skills and mentor a diverse team across centers.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager with cross-location networking.
• Provide operational support and communication with senior management.
• Support exceptional donor experiences and assist with production when needed.
