Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to participate in an accelerated leadership program across plasma centers nationwide. Expect extensive travel and relocation opportunities as you prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program lasts six months of accelerated training, followed by up to 12 months to attain management positions, with mentorship and hands‑on experience in high‑volume plasma collection facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate to select BioLife locations after Trainee Program.
• Ability to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program and travel across the country.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development during the six‑month expedited training with 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager role.
• Team management: mentor, conduct performance reviews, staff planning and recruitment; retain employees.
• Career advancement: progress to Plasma Center Operations Manager and help open new centers.
