Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a rigorous leadership program that places you at plasma centers nationwide. You’ll travel extensively before relocating to a BioLife location as a Center Manager.

The program lasts about six months of expedited training, followed by a 12-month period to attain a Plasma Center Manager role. You will develop team leadership and operations skills in a fast-paced, donor-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
• Ability to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program
• Willingness to relocate upon program completion and work at BioLife locations across the country
• Must be able to walk/stand for entire shifts and lift up to 32–50 lbs occasionally
• Valid driver’s license for duration of program and willingness to travel evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife centers
• Lead and mentor teams to ensure high performance and safe operations
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager role through structured training
• Coordinate staffing, performance reviews, and staff development
• Support donor experience and operational excellence across locations
