Job summary

You will establish priorities, monitor DOT compliance, develop productivity standards, and manage revenue and costs to meet profit margins. This role is based in a branch office with some travel and an emphasis on safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years experience in waste industry desired.
• Must meet safety-sensitive function criteria per company standards.
• May require Commercial Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train personnel to ensure safe, professional service.
• Establish and maintain appearance standards; enforce discipline.
• Process driver paperwork, logs, and daily inspections.
• Schedule route audits and assist in DOT compliance.
• Develop and monitor an operation profit plan to meet branch margins.
• Promote and conduct monthly safety meetings; investigate incidents.
• Recruit and train product line personnel; enforce dress code and policies.
• Ensure compliance with wage, hour guidelines and all regulations.
