Job summary

Kenco Logistics in the United States is seeking a senior operations leader to manage budgeting, financial results, and warehouse performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 3+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and financial results for areas of responsibility.
• Ensure safety, SOPs, policies and workload demand compliance.
• Meet daily with Supervisors to ensure productivity goals are met.
• Initiate special projects impacting warehouse operations at site and network level.
• Analyze operations to improve cross-functional efficiencies.
• Review throughput, capacity planning, and financial information.
• Assist with site budget process to maximize net income.
• Develop and implement policies and goals; support safety and HR initiatives.
• Promote best practices across the network and staff development.
• Manage customer inventory with secure policies; monitor reports for changes.
