Job summary

A typical day includes a six‑month accelerated training period, followed by up to 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers.
• Lead and develop teams at plasma centers, driving performance and safety.
• Network with leaders and prepare for accelerated career growth, including opening new centers.
