• Location: Concord, ON L4K 2Z7
• Salary: $58.00 hourly / 30 hours per week
• Terms: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Authorize and establish major departments and associated senior staff positions.
• Co‑ordinate work of regions, divisions or departments.
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; approve overall human resources planning.
• Set organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions, or delegate representatives to act on its behalf.
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

Supervision

• Oversee 5‑10 people.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Criminal record check.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
