Job summary

DL Custom seeks a production head to oversee daily operations at the Concord, ON facility. You will develop production schedules, assign duties, read blueprints, and drive equipment maintenance while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will manage a team of 16–20 contractors and employees, supervise training, budget planning, and inventory control. On-site work with potential travel and a range of health and financial benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience in production management or related field.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Concord, Ontario (Canada).
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning.
• Evaluate daily operations.
• Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
