Job summary

Mammoet is seeking an Operations Manager in Rosharon, TX to lead day-to-day operations with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer alignment. The role requires coordinating people, equipment, and resources while guiding the team toward Mammoet standards and business goals.

You will develop plans, optimize utilization, mentor staff, and deliver clear operational reporting, ensuring projects meet safety and quality expectations in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
• 12+ years of broad and relevant industry experience in heavy lifting, transportation, construction, civil engineering, oil and gas, offshore, ports, mining, or related industries.
• Experience in an operations management or leadership role.
• Experience managing operational personnel, equipment, projects, and resources.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations function with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and Mammoet standards.
• Develop practical execution plans for projects and operational activities.
• Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of personnel and resources.
• Optimize utilization of personnel, equipment, and fleet resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor planners, supervisors, and other operational personnel.
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting.
