Job summary

Mammoet is seeking a Tendering Administrator in Rosharon, TX to support heavy lift and transport proposals. You will help create schedules, resource plans, and cost inputs while coordinating with sales, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate bid documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction or tendering support, experience with scheduling tools, and ERP systems. The role offers hybrid work eligibility after one year and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience (2+ years) in construction, heavy lift, heavy haul, project planning, project coordination, or tendering support.
• Knowledge of heavy lift, heavy haul, construction, or project execution environments is preferred.
• Experience with resource-loaded scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar systems is preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar business systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet bid submission timelines.
• Fluent verbal and written English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project planning and execution schedules to support proposal development.
• Build and update resource-loaded schedules as bid details mature.
• Identify third-party resources and coordinate with Procurement for quotes and cost estimates.
• Update schedule plans, resource requirements, cost inputs, revenue, and cash flow during bid development.
• Support finalization of schedule, cost, revenue, and cash flow once contracts are completed.
• Maintain tender records and proposal documentation in company systems.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to support bid development and identify risks.
• Review proposal inputs for accuracy and alignment with internal policies before submission.
